Read the description, wasn't excited, but it was for my special needs son. So I let him pick and this is what he chose. When I unpacked it I was surprised--stitched well, nicely put together. And he's happy. My main worry was the description of the bottom, but it has turned out to be a benefit to him as he heads to his part time job and sets the pack in all kinds of places I never would. Overall a good choice for a day pack for someone not able to discriminate where his gear should sit to keep it safe and dry.
