    The quality of the product is excellent, the MAJOR challenge is the dimensions advertised are not those delivered, SO getting it to cover/envelope a backpack is NOT what you need.

    This rain cover can also fit MOLLE II large rucksacks and anything smaller than that size. A great buy and most recommended for field operations.
