This means if a bag you purchased from us fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace your bag.
We’re not going to hide behind small print, here is what is not covered: Normal wear and tear is not covered. Abuse by baggage handlers is not covered. And if a squirrel chews through your backpack, it’s not covered.
Bottom line,—if you come to us with a legitimate issue—you can expect us to get into action and do our best to resolve the issue for you.
