Although the quality of these bags is beyond amazing the 15.5"x12"x4.5" are not even close (except for the 4.5"). The actual bag measurements are 11.5"x9.5"x4.5". I measured all four bags I received and this was true for all of them. I purchased the bags because of the stupid new CA grocery bag law and was looking for the volume to cary groceries and these are not going to work well for that objective.
I bought a pair of these to use in my truck. First day I had it it was used to tote home several boxes of ammo and it didn't seem to be strained by the weight at all. Looks nice enough for casual business as well as outdoor use.
