The ABU sewing kit was an essential item during Basic Training. If I always had it on my I could be prepared for any uniform mishaps. Very handy tool
I always keep an ABU sewing kit in my pocket. Why? Because the only thing more embarrassing than running around all day with a missing fly button is having to explain to your superior why your wing-man is the one sewing it back onto your pants during break. So my little tip of the day, keep one in your pocket, but no matter how awkward of an angle, do it yourself. ;)
