A strap broke first time I used the bag. Refund me asap RESPONSE FROM MILITARY LUGGAGE COMPANY: We regret that a strap broke the first time this bag was used. This customer left a voicemail saying he would be willing to take down the bad review if we would take care of him and send him a new bag. We have reached out to the customer to get pictures demonstrating the problem and will send him a replacement when he sends pictures. However, we would prefer that he not delete this review whether he is "taken care of" or not. We don't promise that nothing will ever go wrong with a bag purchased from our site. What we do promise is every product is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
