On August 28th, 2017 U.S. Air Forces Central Command Instruction 36-2903 authorized multicam ball caps as being an optional uniform item. It also stated that they may be directed for wear by lower level commanders. This MADE IN USA cap meets all of the requirements listed in Instruction 36-2903.
As of June 14th, 2021 regulations were updated and stated that no hook backing should be on the front of the cap for enlisted Air Force personnel.
I wanted as much as possible to wear a baseball cap made in the USA with my uniform. Military Luggage helped make that possible. Originally the hat came with the velcro in the front (not allowed per Air Force regs/instructions), but I requested it to be removed. You guys were able to accommodate that request. Excellent product and customer service!
