In 2002 while in the Fire & Rescue Academy i had this same bag! For 18 weeks this bag carried my gear to and from all types of training!Great bag! It is still in use today! When i made Asst. Chief i gave my bag to one of my new fireman! He has had it for 2 yrs and still kicking!!!
When I was a probie going through the fire fighter academy I used this bag to carry my gear. Every weekend for 13 weeks this bag took a beating, packed to the gills and tossed in and out of my service vehicle. Several years later when I made deputy chief and the bad had been used by recruit aftee recruit I was able to use it again to stow my gear in my pov. It was good as when I was first issued it.
