I bought this bag on base before i knew mlc. This bag lasted through 3 deployments until the inner liner started coming apart. This is not a negative item but more props for lasting so long, as i usually had this thing packed to the brim and it was thrown around like a rag doll.
I've used this back for 5 years now. It's my everyday bag/ field expediant bag. Still holding up strong!!! The only thing that has ever went wrong with this bag is I broke the plastic waist strap buckle. Totally my fault. Went on a motorcycle ride. Didn't strap it on well lol. Anyway bag blew off going about 60mph. Only damage done....... the plastic waist buckle. Go Me lol. Still use it for everything!!!
Oddly enough, for all the dang regulations that the navy has, this is one of the items that still pass!
