The bag has alot of space and it has been very challenging to figure out the best place to put everything. What i love is instead of the settle at the bottom you get with other bags, everything stays where you put it. Oh, and it opens out flat...*goosebumps*. I work Private Security and I am always looking for a bigger better bag. I don't use my medic bag for medical I use it to transport my duty belt and all accessories. This bag is huge. A fully loaded duty belt and holster along with a small pelican case in the main compartment with enough room to hold a change of street clothes and toiletry bag in the upper compartment. This bag has pockets galore to stow small gear. I have the organizers but haven't found much use for them yet. very sturdy and comfortable to wear with oversized straps and thick padding.
